Our gelatos are made fresh every day, NEVER FROZEN, which is fundamental in giving it the creamy, soft and smooth texture that is tasted on your palate with each spoonful. We are devoted to using ingredients that are all from free-range animals, so the eggs are from non-caged chickens and the milk and cream from free range cows. All of our other ingredients are fresh, natural and seasonal, which results in higher quality ingredients and a richer, smoother, tastier gelato.

Sorbet is the Dairy-Free fruit version of the gelato. This is an ideal choice for those who are lactose intolerant, vegans or vegetarians. Our Sorbets are made with only fresh, ripe fruits from local growers.
